This research project aimed to strengthen an innovative marketing campaign on responsible food consumption led by civil society in Ecuador that enables improved food policy interventions, adoption of healthy and sustainable diets, and prevention of food-related chronic illness.
This project is part of on ongoing partnership within the research group "Ekomer", which includes the Université de Montréal, Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO-Ecuador), EkoRural, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE), Que Rico Es, University of Toronto and HealthBridge. The project was funded by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC).
