CAREN ABOU FAKHER
Caren Abou Fakher, has a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Lebanon and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Nutrition at Université de Montréal under the supervision of Malek Batal. She is particularly passionate about the challenges associated with public health nutrition and nutritional inequalities. Her master's project focuses on strategies to empower women in Ecuador, highlighting her commitment to improving living conditions through nutrition. A cooking enthusiast, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes. She is also very interested in the field of volunteering.
