​This 25-hour online course is offered in French, English and Spanish. Here is the link to the short video that presents the course.

Over the course of the modules, you will explore: 
  • The complex challenges and determining factors that have shaped our current food systems, and their impact on planetary and human health. 
  • The impact of the nutritional transition. 
  • The nuances between food security and food sovereignty. 
  • Possible solutions towards more sustainable food systems, with a particular focus on alternative food systems and the potential of agroecology.

​To launch the online course, on Thursday, October 17, 2024, members of the scientific community were invited to partake in interactive activities focusing on the themes of One Health and the Nutrition Transition, followed by a panel of experts exploring the One Health approach. The experts on the panel were : Malek Batal, Muriel Mac-Seing, Tiff-Anny Kenny, Antoine Boudreau-Leblanc, Ben Brisebois, Ryoa Chung. Click here to view the panel recording.
