JUDITH SEMPORE
Nomwendé Judith SEMPORE, Doctor in biochemistry/human nutrition, is a lecturer and researcher at the Université Nazi BONI/Burkina Faso in Human Nutrition. As part of her thesis, she worked on a project to identify and select cashew nuts with nutritional potential, with the aim of using them for nutritional formulation programs. Judith is also a postdoctoral researcher of the Queen Elizabeth Fellowship - West Africa (BRE-AO) programme under the supervision of Professor Malek Batal. The fellowship focuses on complementary baby foods that are healthy, sustainable and affordable given the context of inflation. Judith is, also, an author and co-author of scientific articles, and enjoys cooking and sightseeing.
