ARIANE HUNEAULT
Ariane is a fourth-year undergraduate student in nutrition at the Université de Montréal who is undergoing her second internship in public health nutrition with the CIENS team. Her main mandate is to compare Canada's Food Guide recipes with their ready-to-eat alternatives, as part of Équiterre's awareness campaign. The aim is to highlight the economic, nutritional and environmental benefits of cooking at home.
Ariane is interested in food environments, the influence of marketing on consumer choices, and issues related to ultra-processed foods. She plans to pursue studies in international nutrition to deepen her understanding of global food systems.
Outside her studies, Ariane places great importance on physical activity. Passionate about Pilates, she considers this discipline to be an essential pillar of her daily balance.
